Our Founder

In Minnesota, a State in North America, a millennial entrepreneur named Andrew R. Kingston was working at a local Walmart, a large-scaled consumer goods company, when we had an idea. An idea that would change his entire life. A decision many speculated crafted Buy N All and Clever Deals. Two very large online eCommerce companies still under OMNICORP's power today. This idea of Andrew's was to do exactly what Walmart was doing, find products from whole sellers, sell them at a low price with high tax, and profit without having a traditional brick and motor location. Andrew created many no-named companies selling products like blenders, phone cases, gym equipment, and much more. This was his plan to make money fast and as Andrew grew older he ran into another brilliant idea. Getting his feet wet in a billion dollar industry. Thus bringing us to the creation of the Starbudz Corporation. The rest was written from there.

The Parent Organization

The creation of OMNICORP became a large discussion of Andrew's master plan. Form all his companies under a large parent corporation to maintain his stance in his creations. To remain at the center of the OCP. Andrew's majority shares, business aggression, and ambition fueled the corporate success of OMNICORP. Kept the company at the high position it is today. Andrew believes that each one has vital importance. That if one was missing then the operations would fail.
